What it costs, and how it works.

A relationship with music that outlasts the lessons.

The Long Play is sold as a year, not by the hour. One fee covers everything in the program — the weekly teaching, the recording, the performances, the portfolio. There are two ways in, depending on how lessons reach your child. Founding families who join this first cohort pay a reduced rate for the first six months.

Exams are optional on purpose. The Long Play is built around making music, not passing grades — so exam prep runs as a separate track and never replaces studio time.

The year runs June–May and is priced across 42 teaching weeks — holidays, festivals and reasonable absences are already built in. No pay-per-class. A small group only: never more than 25 children, 8–10 in this founding cohort.
